A refund is an admin action by finance or an academy admin. It moves the order to refunded and revokes the enrolment, including a classroom seat.

The learner’s browser cannot mark an order refunded. The precise window and any deduction are an operator policy to publish before launch; this page states the mechanism, not a consumer promise that has not been approved.
