Courses are educational. They are not a retainer, not legal advice, and not tax advice for your facts. A completion certificate records that you finished the course. It is not a licence to practise.

Prices on a course page are catalogue prices before GST. The amount payable is the total the server calculates at checkout. Access to a paid course starts when that payment is verified.

You may not share a signed playback link, an assessment answer key, or another learner’s materials. The academy can revoke an enrolment that was obtained by misrepresentation.

These pages are the working text in the catalogue. Replace them through the content records before a public launch if counsel revises them.
