Legal skills
Skill notes are about method. Research means finding the text in force. Reading a judgment means separating what the court decided from what a commentary added. Reading a bare Act means following the definition and the exception. Drafting notes show the parts of a document. They are not a notice you can copy onto letterhead and send. Sending a legal notice can change someone’s rights. These pages say that, and they stop before a template.
The legal-technology note is the only place a sister-company mention appears, and it says software does not replace reading the judgment. There is no AI tutor on this site.
The catalogue course for this work is Reading a Statute. Subject doctrine is listed under LLB subjects. If you need a person rather than a method, use contact. The academy does not take a client instruction. The professional practice is separate.
